1. The Vozi.me marketplace
Vozi.me operates a marketplace connecting renters with licensed rental companies. Vozi.me is the merchant of record for bookings made through the platform: you pay Vozi.me, and Vozi.me pays the rental company its share after deducting a commission.
2. Bookings and cancellations
Each listing displays its own cancellation policy. Cancelling within the policy's window entitles you to a full or partial refund as described on the listing at the time of booking.
3. Renter responsibilities
You must hold a valid driver's license and meet any age or experience requirements specified on the listing. You are responsible for the vehicle during your rental period, subject to the insurance terms agreed with the rental company.
4. Rental company responsibilities
Rental companies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition and legal compliance of their vehicles, and honoring confirmed bookings.
